Love the staff very friendly. But dont care to see Dr G again. He was working on a root canal and his cell phone rings and he took it out of his pocket to see who it was. Will not schedule with him again.

I was a patient for years, but the last straw was the day I had an appointment with Dr. G for 4pm, at which I was promptly taken back and given a shot of Novocain. At 5pm I got up and left, the hallway was dark and I scared the one receptionist left at the front desk. I guess she thought she was the only one left in the building. As much as I loved my hygienist Joyce, I cannot keep going back for filings that fall out within months.

Took two months to get a crown that was supposed to be 4 weeks. Paid 150.00 at initial visit and was told I would owe an additional 175.00. Temporary crown kept popping out and I was told to get over the counter denture adhesive to keep in place. Arrive for placement of permanent crown and I'm told I owe 499.00. Called Delta Dental to find out that the dentist WAS already paid and in full. Dental office says yes we have a credit but we were just going to keep it on your account. She says I could request a check. It takes weeks to be reimbursed she said. I said why and she replied - well someone has to have time to print the check. Yet they require payment when service is rendered. Finding a new dentist that's honest.
